Making a Purchase

Making a purchase is simple and secure. We use Paypal as our payment service provider therefore we never see your payment details (please refer to their terms and conditions). Once you have selected an item you wish to purchase simply click on "add to cart" and you will be given the option to continue shopping or proceed to checkout.

PayPal will then ask for your payment details. Once your purchase has been made you will receive immediate confirmation from Paypal via email. You will receive email confirmation of your order from us within 24 hours.

Despatch and delivery.

We aim for delivery of all items ordered within a maximum of 10 working days. All items showing as in stock will be despatched within 24 hours of receiving your order unless otherwise notified.

Where  items show as 0, these are completely out of stock with no specified time as to when they will become available however, if you email us we may be able to give you an indication as to when they will be back in stock.

In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil your order within 30 days; you will be given a full refund including your postage costs.

Postage

Orders  will be sent via Royal mail recorded first class service and should be delivered one day after dispatch a signature will be required as proof of delivery.

Postal Charges

Postage will be charged at £3.50 for the first item including packaging. There will be a charge of 50p per additional item.

All charges will be clearly displayed at the point of checkout and added to your total cost.
